This website and the services related to it are available under the following Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") and any other rules established on our website. Please read the T&Cs carefully before placing orders on this website. We recommend that you keep a copy of these T&Cs for future reference. By accessing and using this website you agree to these T&Cs, including any changes. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, please do not access or use this website in the future. For certain campaigns, promotions or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply. From time to time, we may change the registration requirements.
Right to Purchase
When making a purchase through this website, you will be asked for your personal information. Specifically, customers must provide their real name, telephone number, e-mail address and other requested information. Also, when ordering items you will be asked to provide payment details, ensuring that the payment details you provide when ordering are valid and correct, confirming that you are the person named in the billing information you provide.
By placing an order, you expressly authorize us to verify your information and, where YUCCS deems it necessary, to communicate or obtain third party information (including any updated information) about you, including but not limited to your credit card number, to validate your credit card, to obtain initial credit card authorization and to authorize the purchase transaction.

You have the right of access, rectification and cancellation, being able to apply this right to SIMPLY MERINO SL through the procedure indicated in the Privacy Policy.

Stock
The products shown on this website are only a selection from the YUCCS catalog. This collection has been specially chosen for the YUCCS online store. The availability of our products is real time, so it is possible that some selected products are not in stock. The YUCCS online store accepts no responsibility for the lack of stock or any of the models shown.
Our products change every season.
Please note that the items in the Yuccs Bag are not reserved and can be purchased by another customer.
How to buy?
YUCCS uses the following purchase procedure:
You must select and add to the Yuccs Bag the item(s) you wish to purchase by clicking on the Yuccs Bag icon displayed on the website.
The Yuccs Bag will include the reference number of the item(s) selected, the name, size and price (including VAT).
In the same bag, we will show you a list of the item(s) you are about to purchase, the total price (including VAT and shipping costs).
Once you have selected the item(s), you must fill in the order form. On this order form you must indicate your personal data and payment information in order to process your order. Please note that all data must be filled in correctly to avoid confusion and problems when sending the purchased item(s).
Order Confirmation
Once you have made your choice and placed your order, you will receive an email from YUCCS confirming that your order has been registered (order confirmation). This order confirmation will include, among other things, information regarding the identification of the item(s) purchased, the total price (including VAT and shipping costs) and the delivery details.
If you make a mistake when placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Department where we will be happy to assist you. However, always be sure to check your order before placing it. Before confirming your order, you have the possibility to edit the information you have entered, such as the shipping or billing address or your credit card details; you can also change or delete items included in your Yuccs Bag.
If an error occurs in the message, it may be a temporary network communication problem or an error in typing the email address provided. In both cases, please contact our Customer Service at soporte@yuccs.com. We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, payment authorization cannot be obtained, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or if the item is not in stock. In the latter case, we will inform you by email and credit you for all payments that have been made.
We are not liable to you or any third party for the removal of any merchandise from the website, even if it has been sold; nor for the removal, revision or editing of materials or content on the website; nor for refusing to process a transaction.
Pricing Policy
The prices shown on this website are in Euros and include all applicable taxes, with the exception of those expressly excluded. All prices and offers will correspond to those published on the website. The price of the products shown on this website at the time of order confirmation shall be valid. YUCCS shall not be liable for special taxes, customs duties or additional delivery costs. YUCCS reserves the right to change its retail prices at any time, except for orders that have already been placed.
Payment methods and security
Orders can be placed at any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
As indicated on the payment page, YUCCS will only accept payments made by credit or debit card, Paypal, cash on delivery and bank transfer depending on availability, depending on the country to which the order is being shipped. No other form of payment will be accepted, except for those mentioned above.
You must confirm that the credit/debit card you are using is yours or that the cardholder has authorized you to use it. Credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization checks by their card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to YUCCS, we will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.
We will make every effort to keep this website secure. In order to ensure secure payment transactions, YUCCS uses a secured payment system. This means that all sensitive data (e.g. credit card number and expiration date) is encrypted and transmitted directly to a secure server.
We will also, to the extent we are entitled to do so, keep your order and payment details secure; however, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party attempts to gain unauthorized access to the information you provide when accessing this website or ordering from this website.
YUCCS will not assume responsibility for delays in delivery of merchandise resulting from lack of bank authorization.
We ship orders from multiple locations. Orders consisting of multiple items may be split to expedite shipping. In this case, we will send you an email to inform you.
YUCCS reserves the right to hold any order for security reasons. Affected customers will be notified. We also reserve the right to cancel an order when we are unable to verify shipping and/or billing information, in which case we will notify you. We also reserve the right not to accept and/or cancel an order if we believe that the buyer wants to obtain the items for resale.
Purchase Limit
Customers wishing to purchase more than 5 pairs of shoes should contact the Customer Service Department of the YUCCS online store, where they will be given detailed information on purchasing options.
Purchase guarantee
We will only be able to fulfill the order if the delivery address is the usual place of residence or place of work located in one of the countries indicated on this website.
The items offered through this website are a selection of products from the YUCCS collection and meet the same requirements in terms of quality and warranty as those sold in YUCCS stores.
Each product contains the following information

YUCCS aims to show the color of its shoes as close as possible to the actual color. However, the color of the shoes may be subject to variations depending on the quality of your computer monitor. For this reason, YUCCS does not guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor is an exact reproduction of the original.
Special offers, promotions and discounts will be valid until the date indicated or until there are no more items left in stock, whichever comes first. Our shoes have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counting from the day of purchase, for all products purchased on or after January 1, 2022.
Delivery and insurance
YUCCS insures each purchase during the transit time until delivery to the specified shipping address. All orders are delivered by reputable courier companies.
Delivery times by destination are as follows:
- Peninsula 48 working hours
- Balearic Islands 48 - 72 business hours
(we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
- All other European countries** 3 - 4 working days
In case of a reservation, the delivery time may vary and the customer will be notified in the mail received after confirmation of purchase.
Deliveries will be made to the customer's usual place of residence or place of work located in one of the countries indicated on this website. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. Once signed for upon receipt, the items become the responsibility of the consumer. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays in any particular region or country. All YUCCS purchases are delivered by reputable courier companies.
In order to avoid problems with deliveries (incorrect addresses, absent person at the address) the corresponding form must be filled in correctly, especially the box with the contact telephone number.
When your order has left the warehouse, we will send you an email indicating the tracking number of the package assigned by the courier company for the delivery of your item(s). This way you will be able to see where your order is at all times. If you have ordered more than one pair of shoes, we will wait until all the items in the order are available before shipping, as we do not make partial deliveries.
All items delivered by YUCCS will remain the property of YUCCS until YUCCS receives your payment.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order(s) at any time prior to shipment and you will receive full credit. If your order has already been shipped (i.e. has already left the warehouse) you will have to wait until delivery to cancel your order, although such cancellation will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth for returns (see section "Returns and Exchanges").
To cancel an order you can contact our Customer Service, as long as the order has not been shipped.
Returns
If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the item. To return or exchange an order, you must verify that the following conditions are met.
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent and preferably in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, it must be replaced by one of similar size and capacity.
- The product must be returned to the warehouse or any of our physical stores within 30 days of receipt of your order.
YUCCS does not allow the return of items to the online store when they have been purchased in multi-brand stores that sell YUCCS shoes.
Only in the case of managing a return after having made an exchange, the customer will incur the shipping costs.
Once we have received the item/s and verified that it/they comply with the conditions mentioned above, YUCCS will refund the amount you have paid for the item/s.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us the corresponding form that you will find here or by contacting our customer service department. The return is free of charge as long as it is not a return after exchange.
If the item is returned as a result of a manufacturing or quality defect for which YUCCS is responsible, we will refund you the full amount within 7 to 14 working days of receipt at our premises. The credit will be made automatically to the credit card or bank account indicated by the customer, depending on the method of payment used by the customer.

If you wish to receive exclusive benefits and personalized services, you can create a Yuccs Account. Such benefits and services, explained here in detail, may be modified from time to time to update them with new offers and/or promotions for you.

No waiver
If you breach the T&Cs and we do not take legal action against you, we may still use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the T&Cs.
Applicable law
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. The parties agree to settle any discrepancy or conflict out of court and only in the event that it is not possible, being that the CUSTOMER is considered as a consumer and user, in such case the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the CUSTOMER or any other that the specific regulations on consumers and users could determine will be competent.
Likewise, we inform you that you have the right to request an out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes through the online dispute resolution platform developed by the European Commission, accessible through the Internet address https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=ES.
Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement to Simply Merino S.L. which will be communicated via the following email: soporte@yuccs.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will proceed to make such reimbursement to you using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods to us by ordinary registered post to the address below or by the courier company of your choice without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of this period. You alone shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
