- ¿WHAT ARE YOUR DATA PROCESSED FOR AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS?
Your data are processed for the following purposes:
- Management of orders.
- Attention to your requests for exchanges and returns.
- Attention to complaints and queries.

YUCCS will process the data provided in the purchase process or in their requests for return or exchange for the management of the same. The categories of data that will be processed for these purposes are as follows:

In case your complaint concerns our collaborators, it will be communicated to the suppliers concerned. In case of providing health data in your complaint, this processing is covered by art. 9.2. f) of the RGPD, as such processing is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
Depending on the nature of your claim, the recipients of the data included in the same may be, among others, administrations or public entities, official bodies, solicitors, judges and courts or insurance companies.
- Quality management.
To assess customer satisfaction, YUCCS may conduct quality surveys, contacting you for this purpose through the email address you provided at the time of your order or request.
This processing is based on the legitimate interest of YUCCS to improve the quality of its products. In weighing this interest against your rights and freedoms, the following has been determined:
- The processing is necessary to be able to know the opinion of customers about their order and to identify areas for improvement.
- The processing is compatible with the reasonable expectations of the data subjects, given that they are customers of YUCCS and that this is standard practice in the industry.
- The impact of the processing on the privacy of data subjects is limited, as the satisfaction surveys are anonymous and their completion is in any case optional.
If you provide information that allows us to identify you in the suggestion sheets or satisfaction surveys, such as your name or room number, the information will be received and processed so that we can contact you regarding the complaint or suggestion you have made.
This processing is based on the legitimate interest to improve the quality of its services and products and customer service. In weighing this interest against your rights and freedoms, the following has been determined:
- The processing is compatible with the reasonable expectations of data subjects, being customers who have made a complaint or suggestion regarding their experience with YUCCS, having voluntarily provided data that identifies them.
- The impact of the processing on the privacy of data subjects is limited, as the purpose of the contact is limited to resolving complaints or commenting on suggestions raised by data subjects and that this purpose also benefits them, by improving the quality of services and the level of customer service.
- Sending of commercial communications
If you have given your consent, we will send you commercial communications, by any means, including electronic, regarding our services.
These treatments and data flows are based on the consent you have given, without this consent conditioning the provision of the contracted services. You may at any time revoke your consent and request to unsubscribe from the processing for commercial purposes by activating the link provided for this purpose in the group's commercial communications or by sending an email indicating "baja publi" in the subject line to: soporte@yuccs.com.
Your data will only be communicated in the situations described in the previous paragraphs or to third parties when there is a legal obligation to do so, you have authorized it or it is necessary for the execution of the contract, for example, to process your shipment.
In general, customer data will be kept for the duration of the relationship with YUCCS and, in any case, for the periods provided for in the applicable legal provisions and for the time necessary to meet any liabilities arising from the processing. Your data will be cancelled or anonymized when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which they were collected.
YUCCS will keep the economic and transactional data of goods and services generated by your purchase for the time required by the accounting and tax regulations in force.
The data included in eventual complaints and claims will be kept for up to one year after their resolution.
The data processed by YUCCS for commercial purposes will be kept for a period of 3 years after your last contact with us and as long as you do not request their deletion or revoke your consent to the processing of such data for these purposes. The media on which your consent to the processing of your data for commercial purposes is recorded, such as signed forms or electronic form submission logs, will be retained for the duration of the processing and the applicable statute of limitations.
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access it. You may also request that your data be corrected if they are inaccurate or to have incomplete data completed, as well as to request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
