MERINO WOOL
A unique material
Merino sheep, one of the oldest sheep breeds (originally Spanish!) faced near-extinction with the advent of synthetics. However, their wool remains unparalleled in quality.
Renowned for its exceptional fineness, merino wool is 100% natural, renewable, biodegradable, and possesses remarkable softness, breathability, antibacterial properties, and the ability to regulate temperature. After a year and a half of research, in collaboration with the Technological Institute AITEX, pioneers in textile innovation in Spain, we have developed our unique merino wool fabric. We are committed to ethical sourcing, collaborating with suppliers who adhere to extensive livestock farming practices and hold certifications guaranteeing good animal treatment
SUGAR CANE
Walking on clouds sensation
A new natural and innovative material for the sole, Sugarcloud™, made from sugar cane. We work with crops that grow just with rainwater and under highly controlled practices. Moreover, it is one of the fastest-regenerating natural resources. It's a self-sufficient material, as the factory processing it is powered by the same BIO electricity generated by the sugar cane during the transformation process. The result is a durable, ultra-lightweight, soft, and highly sustainable sole. One step closer to a better future.
BAMBOO
Highly breathable
The first sneakers made in Spain with this new natural fabric, bamboo. An extremely soft, fresh, anti-odor, hypoallergenic, antibacterial and highly breathable material. Its innovative technology is known as Coolight-Bamboo™. Bamboo is the fastest-growing plant in the world and, therefore, an ecological and sustainable resource. The yield of one hectare of bamboo is ten times that of cotton.
GRAPE LEATHER
The best alternative to leather
Our most elegant and sophisticated collection is made with vegetable-origin leather (GRAPE LEATHER), which is mainly made from grape skins. During the winemaking process, the waste produced (grape skins, seeds, stems) are recycled, treated and combined with plant resins to create an ecological component for leather production. Moreover, during the treatment with plant resins, up to 50% less water is used compared to conventional materials.
CASTOR OIL
Naturally comfortable insoles
The insoles of our shoes are made from castor oil, extracted from the seeds of the same plant, also known as Ricinuscommunis (don't ask how to pronounce that...). The removable anatomical insoles, besides being produced from this natural source, have an ergonomic design to ensure better support and comfort and are manufactured in the province of Albacete.
